Our #Navigators programme has launched 💚

Trained Navigators in #Hull, #Scunthorpe & #Grimsby hospitals will support patients aged 11 to 35 who have suffered injuries linked to violence.

The confidential service aims to steer the young people to a positive future.

We loved running a stall at Safer Hull’s ‘Stay Safe for the Holidays’ event 🎅

Great to chat to locals about our campaigns, such as Youth Connect and Breaking the Cycle 💚

Safer Hull has created a group for organisations in the Humber region to support #WhiteRibbon 🤍

The group aims to give guidance through informal meetings where participants can share ideas and learn from each other.

An insightful report has been published on serious youth violence.

Key findings:
◼ Children as young as 11 carry knives because they feel unsafe
◼ 47% had witnessed violence in the last 12 months
◼ 60% had seen ‘real world’ violent acts on social media
