I was born 56 years ago at a hospital in Hennepin county. My parents met as journalists for the Minneapolis paper. My grandparents and great grandparents lived in Minnesota their whole lives. Sturdy Minnesota Norwegians. Though I don't live there now I have deep ties there. Proud of you all.

Poor old kitty had to go to a groomer because she got mats in her fur. 18 years old she is not grooming herself as well. It was a hard time there were dogs barking the whole time and she didn't know the groomer. The groomer was very good and patient. Now she feels much better without all the mats.
