Even with multiple sources, the story isn’t complete.

More data doesn’t automatically mean more knowledge.

That's because raw data is inherently biased and often misrepresents reality.

Statistical models help reveal those biases and uncover the truth.

Data about human rights violations can be used to prove command responsibility.

HRDAG can and has used this type of data to prove that those at the top of government are knowingly responsible for the agents carrying out their commands.
