These prisons are beyond horrific. Chances are our client, Lolita, is in one of these places (we don't know as very little has been done by the Australian government, despite her being spirited out of our country).

Mo is our client. He has been stuck in Mongolia now for many years, and his health is deteriorating. Mo is a dual Australian and British citizen, but his family fear he will die before he can return to Australia and get medical treatment.

If FIFA continues this stance, they are helping the Taliban suppress women. This team didn't survive being shot at, assaulted & climbing through an open sewer to reach safety just for FIFA to deny them recognition. These women & their supporters will keep fighting

I have made representations to various UN bodies regarding Mo Munshi's torture and current travel ban in Mongolia.
Mo Munshi will die in Mongolia unless the governments of Australia and the UK step up and work with the Mongolians to bring him home.

Once again, the Australian government and its Home Affairs and Immigration departments have resorted to deliberately targeting transgender people, including detention, harassment within detention and unfair deportation.

A gay Afghan man with complex PTSD and a history of torture can be deported to an African country where he doesn’t speak the language and faces homophobic attitudes and social isolation. The only reason he is there is the $$$$$$ paid by the Australian taxpayer.

A person who has served their sentence in prison and been warehoused in detention for years can be traded to a country for $$ because they can’t be returned to their country of birth. Then that country could deport or detain them at will.

Our client is free after 6 years’ detention, following a Federal Court decision (BRO18) that will likely impact others.
