Legal question: If the President is making what appears to be official proclamations from his Truth Social feed wouldn’t all mentions of his businesses and products on the same feed be violations of the law? I mean, he said “herewith ordered”. That’s real Presidenty stuff.

Why aren’t we hearing about the SCOTUS justices holding an emergency meeting? Why aren’t the Justices putting out statements clarifying to the American people exactly what their ruling means legally/Constitutionally? Are we just done now as a Constitutional republic?

i hope more than anything what people learn from this 2nd trump term is that the capitalist class are aligned and they want you to have less rights and only want you to exist to generate profit for them
