Recreating the A Goofy Movie Inflatable life jacket is hard because you'll need to build a bigger C02 cylinder. I would have to guess 1000N or more for that shape and size and also a bigger rope for the rip cord. It is like a combination of a inflatable life jacket and diaper in ABDL style.
