Hey @eurostarnews.bsky.social the disorganisation ahead of the 1430 dep to Paris is a pretty poor reflection on London. Queues around the station, no staff on hand to advise just some people with laminated sheets of A4 wandering about. What a shambles!

I’m in Plymouth on business. It really must have one of the most complete post-war schemes of any UK city, resplendent with 1950s and 60s architecture. Let’s hope they manage to upgrade, renovate and repurpose rather than tear down and replace.

Doncaster. Used to visit as a boy. Some beautiful, if faded, civic architecture. Modernism, brutalist court complex and a flat-roofed pub.
