My thoughts on daredevil born again - it looks muddy, has weird melodramatic moments and bad cgi fight scenes. But so far it’s also an entertaining drama and the best mcu show I think I’ve watched from 2 episodes. A good follow up to the original series but nowhere near as good sums it up so far.

I think people complain about cinematic universes due to there just being too many but the mandoverse for me is one of the best since the MCU. Like the introduction of the greater plot feels so natural - the introduction of Luke and ahsoka into the mando story just worked and served the story rather

Rewatched Andor season 1 completely for the first time since it came out. Obviously it’s a great show but I’m curious how season 2 is going to tackle covering 4 years of time. I like how each story arc flows into each other in season 1 and I’m worried in season 2 it’ll be more jarring

I think the new republic era on Disney+ is just giving me what I wanted from the sequels. And that’s what did the galaxy look like after ROTJ. The sequels is just too big of a jump after ROTJ it feels jarring to me idk. The “mandoverse” is a nice bridge
After being kinda disappointed the entire new republic is boiled down to a two second scene of them getting blown up in the force awakens, I’m so glad Favreau and Filoni have actually expanded upon this era in canon in live action. One of my fav Star Wars eras along with high republic

Skeleton Crew finale was amazing. I think it’s probably one of my top 3 Star Wars shows. And once again feel lucky we got both acolyte and skeleton crew in 2024 🙏

Episode 3 of the acolyte is so underrated the more you rewatch it. I remember being disappointed on my first viewing, mostly because I wanted to know what the Jedi did. But now that we have the full story i appreciate episode 3 & 7 together imo as two parts of one story

Realised that both Star Wars shows we got in 2024 (acolyte and skeleton crew) are the only two Star Wars shows where all the main characters are completely original and not pre-established in anything else. Could argue Mando also but Bo-Katan ends up being a main character in season 3

Maybe this is a hot take but I think Star Wars on Disney+ has been better than the movies. I mean, Andor accomplishes a lot of what rogue one was going for but better imo. And Ahsoka feels like a perfect post-ROTJ story to me that I was missing in TFA. Also we’ve been able to get stories like the
