I have to show my immunization records for this job, and they want me to show my varicella vaccine record. Which I never got cause I had chicken pox before the vaccine was available. I forgot thereβs a whole generation that hasnβt had chicken poxβs lol

I learned so much from having a trainer for 2 years I kinda wanna get certified to become a trainer and barely charge people. Itβs hard when you have a lot of fat to lose. Coming from someone whoβs lost 70+ pounds
