It’s confusing but true: the Tar Heels are much better than their record shows, but do not deserve the 11 seed.

UNC is 9-2 in their last 11, with their two losses being close games to Duke. They’re playing well at the right time.

That doesn’t negate going 13-7 in a weak ACC and 23-13 overall.
