Steve Bannon stated verbatim what the plan is.

Project 2025 is the playbook.

I hope people are paying attention and not getting distracted by the news cycle.

I'll never forget the tweet that said being thin was going to be the next Hollywood trend. This was pre Ozempic craze. They based it on things like celebs doing a lot pilates and getting rid of their bbls for a slimmer look.

They were so right.

My one gripe with how mental health is discussed in the mainstream is the minimal discussion around the cultural and societal influences that impact mental health beyond ones parents. Sometimes its not that ones household was the culprit more than societal norms placed on them.

Can we please choose different fonts and picture positions when we discuss living celebrities? Seeing certain photos, shadows, and fonts is triggering in these days and times. Please and thank you.

Parent the kid you have and not the kid you want them to be.
6. If you don't have kids, give a piece of parenting advice anyway based on your observations and the fact that you used to be a kid.

This is a love language. True friends and partners know it.
I just hung up with a friend and said I was going to bed. Why did I open up TikTok and instantly sent them one not even 2 minutes after hanging up

How are we supposed to continue working under these conditions? We really don’t value people’s mental well being.

Sade - Kiss of Life
Music impacts our mood in significant ways, so we seek different songs for different reasons. Sometimes even to give us sanctuary.

For Day 4 of the #BlackMusicMonthChallenge, share the most peaceful song you've ever heard.
