To get the system functioning again, this individual needs to be removed from his job, and then repairs need to be made to the system. This monumental mess up needs to be memorialized for future generations - so that we can learn from our mistakes. We know what to do, now let's do it!
Trump is completely unsuited - in terms of disposition (including aptitude), attitude and character, let alone the plausible lawsuits - to his current job.
