I had a thought the other day, I'd like to see more representation of men crying in movies and television. More tears of anger and sadness and frustration and happiness, not just tears of pain. And not just the side characters or the comic reliefs, give me more of the main character showing emotion.

The farther I get away from the church the more I recognize that the only reason I was kind to most people in the building was because my god demanded it, not because they were redeemable in any sort of way.

It's been probably a year since I've had anything to do with a Christian church, and about the same time since I've practiced in that religion, but lately I've noticed that even though I've become disenchanted with the institution, I haven't lost the pastor's heart.
