Update #4:
Since I’ve been here, every day at 5am a tech has come into my room to x-ray my chest. The 1st 2 of these were so painful that the 3rd time, I pled for my life, until they agreed to dose me with IV pain meds b4 the x-ray. 2day, no meds, & I’m calm enough to write about it mins later. Yay!

Another update: I am ready to get the frock outta here! The docs don’t think so or I’d be home. They want me to poop, and my blood pressure makes them nervous. But I smell like a hamper full of dirty socks. It’s gross! So what if I can barely move? Let me recuperate in a bathtub! Ugh.
Update: A physical therapist came in today. His first order of business was to get me out of bed. He managed to sit me up, but that was so excruciating we stopped there. Now it looks like I’ll be in the hospital at least a week, maybe longer. Everything hurts more after today’s session. Ugh.

I was watching yesterday’s Cowboys/Commanders game on the NFL network (bc I refuse to pay to stream a football game), and what pops up in the chiron at the bottom of the screen?
