Fairly obviously you can't say a country is "safe" two days after the Dictatorial leader has been deposed. Particularly, I would argue, when you are still debating whether to remove the people who removed him from the list of proscribed terror organisations. 4/

Someone needs to invent some kind of online calculator whereby we Brits can put in our recent healthcare appointments/meds/experiences and it’ll calculate what it would cost on average in the USA. Just to hammer home how bloody lucky we are to have the NHS and how fiercely we need to protect it.
