I'm relieved that I overcame my social media addiction just in time. Both my countries, the USA and Türkiye, are going through real s**t storm. I couldn't have maintained my sanity if I continued consuming media.

It is -13C outside. News said that the feels like temperature will be -26C tomorrow. I wish all creatures are warm and safe. I keep thinking about the birds; cardinal, cheekade, sparrow, finch, they are too tiny to stay warm in -26C. I put food outside. Any idea what else I can do?
