Martinook woulda held them together thru at least one of those 3 melt-downs. Probably all of them, tbh.
The Hurricanes are 19-4-2 with Carrier–Staal–Martinook in the lineup.

because the calendar jumps months (years!), it's not obvious, but the Canes will play 5 in 7 (only in an Olympic year) starting tomorrow. And 10 in 16, if you look to their first 2-day break mid-January. At least they're mostly at home, but without Jarvis, and Slavin 'tbd', it's a gauntlet.

After last night's game, Bus spent some time with the Pucks for Autism group - a nonprofit organization that uses hockey to raise awareness and support for individuals on the autism spectrum. He even got his own jersey 💙
