Honestly I had a moment just now where I thought I was on classic Twitter again.

Had to remind myself this is a different platform.

It says something that @theonion.com is the first account I followed.

I mean, priorities.

I saw “An American Werewolf in London” when it came out in 1981.
Every time the guy transformed this annoying woman behind me would go:

“Oh I’m so sure! Like THAT would ever happen.”

I thought: You came to a werewolf movie, lady. It has “WEREWOLF” in the title-what did you THINK was gonna happen?!

The irony of proud Americans who have never performed a public service screaming that “immigrants need to get out!” when all they did to become American themselves was accidentally get pooped into a delivery room.

Truth is, immigrants do more and care more to become Americans than most of us.

Today I closed my Twitter account.

I didn’t have any followers so it’s a drop in the ocean.

I struggled to be honest. Over my years I’ve learned that polarization is a choice. That we really are all the same inside.
So we MUST empathize with voices we disagree with.

I hope we can do that here.
