The 30th Annual History in the Making Graduate Conference will take place on April 4th and 5th on the Concordia SGW campus. Attendance registration form and event schedules for each day of the conference coming soon!

Introducing Tibil! Dennis Tibil Bersong is a doctoral student in History at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. His research explores themes in environmental, social, medical, and gender history. He has worked with several corporations to support accused witches in his community.

Nicole Farrell (she/her) is a first-year PhD student in History at Concordia. Her research focuses on splinter protest movements in Wrocław, Poland, in the 1980s. She received her BA in History and her MA in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

Justine is in her first year of her Masters degree in History, with a focus on Irish Studies. She graduated with a BA in History and Irish Studies from Concordia University in Spring 2024. Her current research is on the Irish migration to the Magdalen Islands (les Îles-de-la-Madeleine).

Introducing Cameron! Cameron Ambroise-Sanscartier is a first year MA student who is writing about the life of heavyweight boxing champion Jack Johnson. 🥊 He is a big fan of combat sports such as boxing and MMA and also likes to cook and go to coffee shops.
