Feels a bit better now after some extra sleep and streching 🥹
maybe it s because i have not been able to sleep til 4 am (woke at 8:30am) several times in a row
hopefully staying bed the whole morning helped resetting

got all my energy sucked up yesterday, I try to get up today and my back hurts so I've been stretching
