I see things I don’t rock with often and want to put it on blast then I realize two things. One, I gave something that doesn’t serve me or benefit those I care about energy. Two, I brought attention to a thing I don’t support to the benefit of that thing. Protect your peace.

Watched a documentary on silence last night. The rests in a song can be as powerful or boost the notes. In life we don’t allow ourselves enough rests so everything becomes noise.

This season of America is giving Silo vibes. Trying to erase history, limit access to education, and provide a higher standard of living to those up top while folks in the down deep who keep the whole show running are vilified. I think I want to go outside to clean.
