I am a scientist and LGBTQ+ ally who works for a company where diversity and inclusion are important parts of our culture. I was raised to have moral virtues and care for my fellow man. What's happening with this administration is disgusting and abhorrent. I will do whatever I can to fight this.

RIP David Lynch, who was instrumental in forming my film tastes. When I was a teenager I no longer gravitated to the multiplex, instead watching evocative and interesting movies like his on VHS with friends. I never saw Goonies or Rambo; I was watching Eraserhead, Dune and Blue Velvet.
