Scottish Arsenal fan from the Highlands. May post some Celtic related stuff too but don't judge me.
Well, even after sleeping this morning it doesn't feel much better.

It's the hope that kills me every time 🤣 even though I had no hope going into the 2 games.

What a performance though

Absolutely gutted to concede a goal like that.
What a performance from Celtic but if you don't take your chances at this level it opens you up to that scenario.

Bayern we're terrible

Just catching up on the highlights from the Celtic game today. Can't believe Sam Ryder scored against us 🤦‍♂️🤣

Ah well it was fun while it lasted. Villa were good when they could be bothered 🤣
Watkins could've had 5 if he was any good 🤣

Good showing from Celtic this year. Now to get the money and get pumped in the next round 🤣🍀

Don't care what happens from now in this game.
That's some goal from Celtic

Celtic.. Glasgoooooow!!!!

Going to rue that chance from Hatate.

He's got to do better. Take a touch!

Cmon Celtiiiiiic!!!!! 🍀

As a Brit, I respect his sarcasm, it’s a thing of beauty. Took her a minute to catch up though.

And hey, just FYI, let Guy Pearce know I’m still single over here!

That was a better performance than it looked i think.

Bar an unusual lapse defending a corner for the Son goal, it was all Arsenal and then kept them at arms length and picking when to attack in the 2nd half.
Should've scored more

God help the league when we have a more clinical forward line...

North London IS RED!!

Gabriel, Saliba, MLS, Odegaard and Rice were absolutely outstanding today.
Havertz ran his socks off too btw.
Could've been 5 in the end really 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴
January 15, 2025 at 10:00 PM
Gabriel is just an underrated monster.
An unreal piece of defending and unmatched desire to get on the end of that cross means we go in ahead
January 15, 2025 at 8:52 PM
Always loved Trossard!!
Trossard hasn't kept the ball once and has been way off it compared to the rest. No clean connection at the back post 3 times now and that let them go up the other end with Partey looking absolutely done

Nothing stupid Arsenal...don't give the ref a chance to be the villain.
Do your jobs and finish the chances.
Come on you Gunners!!!!!

Said this about Salah and Liverpool a month ago.
His % of goal contributions in the PL is now at 67%

If he has an off 2nd half of the season they could be in trouble and give the other teams real hope
Liverpool need Salah to stay fit and firing like he is to keep this run up.

Over half of their PL goal contributions have come from him.

They were fortunate that Southampton were in such a giving mood

Don't think that could have gone worse. Out of the FA Cup, lost Gabriel Jesus to potentially serious injury, missed a load of chances, missed a penalty, played 30 mins of extra-time ahead of a North London derby, and the heartache of losing a penalty shoot-out.

A disaster of a day.
January 12, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Don't really care about the pens as there was too much wrong with the Havertz one.

Its just not good enough from Arsenal never mind against 10 men
January 12, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Don't usually like the xG stats etc as it can skew the look of a game but...
2.64 v Man Utd
3.09 v Newcastle

Its almost like we need something to change that into actual goals...
January 12, 2025 at 5:04 PM
Penalty soft as shit.

Odegaard telegraphed that.
Again not clinical enough
January 12, 2025 at 4:34 PM
Its just more of the same from Arsenal.
Too rigid, not enough tempo in the passing.

The front 3 need to have more fluidity and change positions as it difficult to break down a team that has 9 men behind the ball
January 12, 2025 at 3:56 PM
Btw Newcastle were decent tonight. Didn't need to be great but were really solid.
One player I've seen a few times this season and has been so good is Lewis Hall. What a season that lad is having.
Overshadowed a bit by the brilliant Isak
