I recently spent serious $$$ on really nice jackets. One was specifically for trail running & for cold weather runs.
Used it for the first time this morning in 32F weather (wind chill down to 25F) and boy, howdy! I am OVER THE MOON. Having the right gear really does make a difference.

there is a RIPE market for the combination of a live streaming platform and long-form content.
thinking YouTube (minus Shorts 🤢) + Twitch live streaming. Maybe even a really good built-in VOD editor. YouTube live streaming is 🗑️ and discovery is horrible.

with my fitness recently, it's been hard to not get caught up in the numbers.
my VO2max has stagnated, my "Fitness Score" on Training Peaks has steadily declined, but I'm running faster & farther than I ever have, and I'm cycling for longer with more power.

I wish more people understood that using non-default software on your phones is not about something else being "better" but about spreading out usage to other developers and companies.
apple controlling messaging, email, calendar, passwords, etc. is NOT a net good.

as a pixel 9 pro user, i've had nothing but problems using RCS with my iphone contacts.
anyone else having problems all the time? can i use this to get them off of Messages and into somethign like signal?? lol
