Today a woman died because people are allowing individuals to unlawfully execute horrible acts with NO consequences. Her wife and child are now bereft after having to witness her brutal death. How could anyone not be outraged and disgusted by this? #whereisourhumanity

So apparently you can have a doctorate in theology and that’s considered “a professional degree” but a degree in nursing isn’t? Even though only one of them actually deals with facts and not opinions? Interesting. 🧐

After voting to give billionaires tax breaks and making health care more expensive, Derrick Van Orden has refused to hold a town hall to talk to the voters he works for in a face-to-face conversation. So, I'm heading to Wisconsin to help give the people he's supposed to represent a voice.

I shouldn’t have to live in a world where I’m scared about my future. I shouldn’t have to worry that my dream job (professor) might be something state and federal government leaders decide I’m not “fit” for because of who I am and what I’m passionate about wanting to teach.
