Painted the leather stuff tonight - I think tomorrow is going to be the last of the little acrylics (black shoes, some wood grain on the backs of the shields) and a varnish so that I can move onto the TMM

A small-detail style day after Valentine's; blacked in the panels on the shields to separate them a little more, painted in the trim on the coats, and cleaned up the faces on the two non-helmeted Men-at-Arms

Blocked in the layers for the reds on a second stand of Men-at-Arms. I'll blend them up tomorrow and maybe revisit the faces now that I'm working with an actual light instead of in a tournament hall

Wrapped up the TMM, did a tiny bit of extra cleanup, and then painted the backs of the shields because I'm a slave to my OCD. Now I just have to pry these guys from their bases and finish them off properly

Played into a Hundred Kingdoms mirror match for round one of today's tournament, and managed a tie! Todays goal is to go 1:2, so at worst I've sort of done that. Clutch game that came down to the last round into an excellent opponent with a beautifully painted army
