I slacked & stopped showing-up online.

I am guilty but also glad?

I took some time to recalibrate.

Do I have all the answers I want to have?

No! But I feel calmer & better equipped.

Breaks aren't bad as long as they are temporary!

No devices for the entire day

What did I do?

Spending the last few days of 2024 reflecting—
