When one hires a legal expert to get the paperwork sorted so they can be completely done with the ex that cheated on them... One would hope said legal expert would have done *anything* over the last few months.

An interesting sensation now that I have a two day weekend again, and I'm in a better position in life, is the feeling of being prepped for my next D&D session. Like truly, fully prepped. It's... Not something I've felt for a long time... And gods am I excited for tonight's game!

Being able to breathe again, to be unaffected by the lies and manipulation and gaslighting. I'm feeling hopeful for the future again, even attending a tertiary education expo next weekend to help with planning next year! Haven't felt this way in years, and it's something I've missed

Uni attempt #1: Ended after a year to move states.
Uni attempt #2: Ended after a year to start working full time, just to survive paycheck to paycheck.

After being "so reasonable" and setting very limited days and times as options for literally dumping my stuff on the street... Glad to see that couldn't even be adhered to.

When people keep telling me that I should seek financial compensation for what I've financially covered, I understand that it comes from a place of care.
But I'm very firm on the fact that I don't want any money. I just want it over with. I want everything I went through to be done, and that's it.

I'm so tired. I'm just trying to get the hell away, to where I'm safe. Away from the emotional, mental and financial abuse and manipulation. I'm so close to freedom, but of course it can never be that simple.

This evening I realised a collaborative discord server for a D&D game I am(was?) in is now missing from my list. Either it was deleted, I was kicked or discord had a moment and removed it from my list. I'm mostly sad that I don't know when it happened, nor did I get to say goodbye :/

It's 9pm, and I'm out in a paddock, alone, pushing a heavy ass round bale of hay. I can't even say this is a rare occurrence anymore. The getting eaten alive my mozzies is new though... Thanks changing of the season
