Gameplay is unfortunately kind of limited it seems, which is too bad. The ideal reboot game would have to be so cross genre I can't imagine it functioning super well. Maybe in kind of Kirby Air Ride / Battle Royale type game where there's loose roguelike objective and a random game at the end?

The average Canadian seems satisfied with the violence of the United States because it provides a hard juxtaposition to our own set of inexcusable injustices. So long as it's "crazy down there" , it must too be perfectly sane and justified here. Shifting goalposts is a lot easier that way

So I appreciate the aesthetics of "biblically accurate" angels but to be clear, there are more depictions than Ophanim (rings covered in eyes) and Seraph (thing with a shitload of wings), and it's not just christian angels, way more are depicted in Hebrew mythology and text

It drains loads of magic, requires too much setup to be remotely worth it, you can't move or redirect it's beam so If they move slightly to the side the entire move was for nothing. Completely checks out the elite tech billionaire would call this powerful, it matches his INT perfectly

Not that I have skin in the game but I've played a lot of Elden ring so for anyone who hasn't, comet azur was kind of a week 1 very strong spell that quickly nosedived into fucking useless territory and only finds a home with the most insufferable tryhard summoned players looking for an "easy win"

In a classic style where any intelligent but evil mogul would point out, being too aggressive will repel customers, and convenience always wins. If it is ultimately more convenient to, in their lens, steal or build my own resources, that will always be the path. What are they even charging for now

The anti-human push to dragon hoard every piece of modern advancement from the information age and slap a subscription model on top is so fascinating to me because it's pushed me so much more in the opposite direction of fending for myself and pirating as aspects of these grabs as possible
