Working through a training and noticing that most of the scams/attacks involve email. Given how much of a time waste email is in general, I wonder if the cost/benefit of email is approaching the cost/benefit of more personal communications (like phone calls or in-person meetings)?

I really wish the good folks at @npr.org and other news orgs would include percent whenever talking about a stock market. Without the percent, it can make things seem important when they are just noise in the data.
