Who else used to take mental health days in grade school? I believe this simple practice my Mom had me do—prepared me for the future. The key is not to quit, but some days you made need to slow all the way down and take a break.

Back to VA & ministry work in the AM. I won’t be fake and say my mental health has been a breeze the past few weeks. Its been down right tough and I've been leaning on God more. These are some of the prompts that I use daily to reach out to our Heavenly Father for support. I hope they bless you!

I’ll be turning my tree into a Valentine’s Day tree soon! My hope is to do different themes throughout the year. 😆💖 Step 1 is Valentine’s ornament creation with my Cricut Maker.

Peace means so much to me. Boundaries are sometimes uncomfortable to set — but I find it truly makes the difference in my mental health. I have to stick to them and God hasn’t called me to pour from empty. I give what he calls me to and then I take a step back for Him to handle what I cannot. #peace
