For the visually minded, here's my Indie Ink Awards vote beseeching in graphic form. It's really hard to distinguish yourself as a self-published author, even when the work is really good, which I believe The Redstone Rescue is. Getting on a shortlist would be a significant boost.

A Christmas miracle!! Earlier in the year, Sax met Thorne Bailey at Llamaze Class & got his autograph. I had him name the baby after Thorne & hang the autograph over the crib. Unfortunately when I rebuilt their house I deleted the autograph too 😭 But we FINALLY tracked him down & got another! 🤣

Today's Shrimpmas is paneling with art inserts - I have a set like this that I use all the time in my medieval stuff & I wanted to give myself more options. There's also a blank/no insert swatch so you don't have to line a wall with art, you can just have 1 or 2.

Boooo I made some but I think I fucked up the shadow LODs AGAIN! MY NEMESIS! They're way brighter than the actual horses their DAEs are from, and they have they weird lines when I zoom in. Sulking now.

Next project, when I get a minute, is to make these poses/horses into deco versions. I mean to do it *every time* I use the carriage, but then enough time passes before I use it again so I forget... until I need another carriage scene & then I'm mad at past me for not making decos 🤣

Ordered an Xmas present on the 3rd. Was super patient about it arriving because I know it's a busy time. Had 2 emails from them asking to review my order, but no order arrived so I emailed them & they just replied with "This item isn't in stock, you can look on our website for an alternative item."

Whumpmas is over but it's a friend of mine's birthday today & they asked for magic related poses. As they also have a sickly spellcaster in their story, I decided to make some solo poses that might hopefully be helpful for any future scenes 🤭😂
