When @maddow.msnbc.com said that IRS workers with no desks apparently have to buy a bike cable lock and secure their laptops to a credenza, it made me laugh so hard that I spit out the water I was drinking at the moment. How the hell is this our reality?

This morning on social media I’m seeing amazing pet rescues dedicating their lives to saving beautiful friends & horrible news of peoples’ money needed to barely survive being cut. The dichotomy is incomprehensible.
