We’ve been going to a gym called Exurgo twice a week since May. They offer a program called Functional Fitness and I LOVE it. I never thought I would feel welcomed in a gym, let alone miss it on vacation, but I do.

The only thing that annoys me about BS is that I can’t separate the friends I follow from the other groups I follow. So if that group is very active, my friends’ post get buried in the mountain of stuff from the groups

Loving the Exsurgo gym in Ashburn so much! The owners have been really proactive in coordinating with my PT to make sure I don’t hurt myself and are adapting workouts to my limitations.
