Because of the unholy amount of practice it will take me to get good at art, I'm creating this other account to only post about my art studies. @imcharastudies.bsky.social

So.

I was wrong.

I might start drawing 250 boxes like a maniac.

Oh well, and if somebody really reads this then I hope that this was helpful even tho I am just writing it for the record I hope it helps!

Of course, here is where I will really need help and I will find myself returning to those courses but this time it wont be just because, It will be meaningful and with an objective, I feel like this will make it far more enjoyable for me and something I would love to accomplish :)

My solution is the following:

When I finish drawing something I will realize what I dont like about it and what was hard to draw, therefore I can focus on practicing those things specifically

I feel like this approach is more meaningful to me since I can draw what I want and constantly practice.

I'm very grateful that these courses exist since they have been made with the best of intentions and have surely helped thousands!

But It's too much for me and some even teach things that I am not really passionated to learn right now. But I feel like I've come with my own solution.

Today is my second day at being an artist and I've come to a serious realization. #artadvice

I feel like when you're a beginner artist like myself and google 'resources for beginners' you find a HUGE wall of information and courses that will take +2 years to complete!

oooh, so cool. I see the angel wings, they are the sky left uncovered by the trees, It took me a while to see it but when I saw them I was amazed, nice painting.

I'm very excited and scared to start my art journey today, specially since I've never had an art account or tried art in a serious manner, hopefully somebody will like my art and I hope to get better over time ^^

Anyways, I started by drawing my first banner and pfp myself!
