i've spent the last day in bed with a 39c/102f fever and what i thought was the flu, but in the last hour or so everything has started tasting incredibly disgusting and bitter..... so i'm going to hazard a guess and say it's covid, but i have no tests so 🤷

yes hi i am still alive - the tl;dr is i had a complete crisis in july/august, uni started up again in september (it's dissertation time), and i'm currently preparing for surgery next month. been relying on food banks and the generosity of my friends, but i am ok and should be back properly soon

i have a psych appointment tomorrow because my meds are just not doing their job anymore and i'm going to have to advocate for myself for once and i'm dreading it. something about making my opinions/needs known to doctors makes me so so uncomfortable and i'm not sure why
