I have just discovered that sub-folders are a thing in #Zotero. Why had I not figured this out before? My literature is now much better organised, as I had loads of duplicates. I feel like I have just levelled up in #phdlife #phdsky #academicsky

Breaks are essential; we know that. Sometimes, I get so engrossed in what I am doing I have to force myself to stop. But what I have never understood is why when I try to resume my work after a break, it is such a monumental effort #phdlife #phdsky #academicsky

Today is mostly about revising multiple regression. I understand the theory: create models with one dependent variable & >one independent variable, but until I do one with something that's meaningful to me, it never quite sticks in the same way as when I have hypothesised and collected the data

I don’t resonate with the cutesy romantic PhD content. I cannot post photos of a beautifully crafted tidy desk. Nor am I miserable and just wanting my PhD to be over (yay!). I think there is a space for just posting the day to day grind, and endless cups of tea #phdlife #academicchatter
