2025 Book thread! I’ve actually finished a few books so far this year but haven’t been in the mood to start my thread. I start now with a reread of a favorite, Interview with a Vampire. Kiddo is reading it for school and I got nostalgic. I read it the first time around her age.

As a federal agent Mr. Scott has investigated illegal immigration and human trafficking and he’s exchanged gunfire with al Qaeda terrorists who were attacking American aid workers overseas. And even he received one of those emails yesterday.

Our new neighborhood has trails and mi Magocito loves it. He’s adjusted very well to life in California. He has a nice adventurous backyard full of squirrels and a skunk and a raccoon.
