Fantastic Friday yesterday with the brilliant team at ICS Inter-Community School Zurich. Together, we are working through the ECIS Middle Leader Certificate focused on Managing and Embracing Conflict. In this session, we were thinking about how leaders can move from conflict to connection.

It’s a wrap! A wonderful weekend at the International School Eindhoven. Across this weekend, we explored how to manage and embrace conflict with calm, compassion and confidence. So many insights from this wonderful group!
Sincere thanks to Joan Roach and Marcella Watts such a generous welcome!

A plane pic instead of a train pic as I head to International School Eindhoven for ECIS Middle Leaders in Eindhoven: Managing and Embracing Conflict. Feeling grateful that I am flying from the South and not the North today. Stay safe everyone and look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
