Sunrise over the Eastern side of Great Staple Tor, above a quarry. The slopes are covered in clitter; large fields of loose granite rocks, which were harvested by "moormen" to create street cobbles for the nearby towns of Plymouth and Tavistock.

A day up in the Gods. Far too windy for the drone, but I managed some aerial shots further down at Castel Dinas. Wonderful but hard day and ended up chasing daylight! Waun Fach and Dragons Back duly ticked off. I love Wales.
