Israel has published the list of all 1,000 #Palestinians to be freed in phase 1:
• 136 (including 25 children) aren't convicted.
• 61 (including 15 children) aren't even accused of anything ("administrative detainees").
• The rest? Convicted in courts with a near-100% conviction rate.
