As a kid growing up in Cuernavaca, Morelos we used to break clay piñatas during this time of year at the posadas in our neighborhood. The piñatas would be full of pieces of sugar cane, peanuts, some candy and mandarin oranges. Sharing the tradition with co-workers at our holiday party.
