Gold border cards should be made explicitly Premodern legal, not left up to individual TO's.
The format already deviates from WOTC's rules by allowing banned cards like Crusade which also would affect a stores ability to "sanction" events...

Turnout for Spidey has been so abysmal my LGS has shifted to drafting Duskmourn/spooky sets for the rest of the month.
I’ve heard other stores in the area are making similar adjustments.
Really sucks for the shops being stuck with all that product, but good for people voting with their wallets.
