Proudly Canadian!!
Liked the 4 lines tonight. All of them had chances and pressured.

so happy for Kapanen. it’s so hard to come back from a long-term injury. he’s been physical, he’s been physical and adds so much speed
January 7, 2026 at 3:51 AM
Connor McDavid set the pace and tonight all the Oilers have followed. Nice to see!
January 7, 2026 at 3:45 AM
Either the Blue Jays are making a mistake in not pursuing Bichette or they feel they have an excellent chance at getting Tucker. I really feel it is the latter and it’s close

I can’t help but compare U.S takeover of Venezuela to Germany’s takeover of Poland, even the reasoning the US ambassador gave to the UN Security Council was the same as Germany gave in 1939. The US wants do control the Western Hemisphere. Germany wanted to expand their control of Eastern Europe

that was a really undisciplined penalty. He was pushed in but took advantage by body checking the goalie

Oilers didn’t show up and let’s be honest. Nurse’s fight did nothing. Sanheim turned over the puck. Oilers got a pp on an errant stick and scored. They had 1 shot 13 minutes into the 3rd. Nurse’s fight did nothing to prop up the Oilers

Wow first shot of the period. Give a Bronx cheer.
January 3, 2026 at 10:58 PM
Oilers terrible. didn’t want this game as much as their opponent and that has been a problem far too often
January 3, 2026 at 10:54 PM
Oilers have done nothing so far. Not even a shot
January 3, 2026 at 10:47 PM
You hear other teams fans talk whenever they Mcdavid gets away with a call or a “poor” call on him isn’t called but tonight the Flyers have got away with 4 flagrant penalties on him. It happens every game, and so often we rarely talk about it. It’s been particularly bad tonight though.
January 3, 2026 at 10:22 PM
Pickard kept the Oilers in. This game is over without him
January 3, 2026 at 10:01 PM
Oilers decide that 7 minutes of hard work was enough and come out and play the same way they started. If not for Pickard it’s 5 or 6 to 1
January 3, 2026 at 9:51 PM
Oilers decide to show up, approximately half way through the period. This is an experienced team that still hasn’t learned
January 3, 2026 at 9:20 PM
Another bad start. Oilers running in around. Not a single hit
January 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM
Kapanen not in power drills. Won’t plays tomorrow
January 2, 2026 at 6:21 PM
i don’t see Podkolzin. Injured?
January 2, 2026 at 6:20 PM
Howard is really sniping, scoring at well at practice
January 2, 2026 at 6:07 PM
It’s hard to criticize Team Canada’s pick as Canada could make 2 teams that could compete for Gold. Though I wonder how you keep Hyman off a team where the ice is smaller and forechecking becomes even more important.

From the goaltending out a piss poor performance by the Oilers but Ingram was downright awful
January 1, 2026 at 5:15 AM
oh what a tough man Zadorov is. Trying to drop the gloves with Janmark😂
January 1, 2026 at 5:13 AM
yikes this game should end the Ingram experiment.
January 1, 2026 at 4:41 AM
Really the only player that has showed up tonight is McDavid. Otherwise, goaltending sub-standard puck management and defensive coverage all over the ice terrible. Again being completely outworked. Not acceptable
January 1, 2026 at 4:18 AM
Ingram struggled a little that period, though he made a couple of nice saves but the story was McDavid. Wow 3 highlight real plays and the play to Hyman was unbelievable
January 1, 2026 at 3:33 AM
hmm if the Blue Jays were as rumoured the only team willing to sign Tucker to a long term deal, and now he is pivoting to a short term deal as rumoured, does that single he really doesn’t want to sign in Toronto?
