I think all it was, was my professor reviewing everything to the people who missed any tests. he called some people's names and if he called on you then you were free to leave bc you've taken all the tests. so now I'm waiting 40 minutes for my next class 😭

I think being on medication for nearly a month now and it helping is making me realize that it was an actual issue that I needed help with. I used to (and still do) downplay all my problems

body dysmorphia is real bc most times I'll look in the mirror hating my appearance but then sometimes, some days I'll see what I really look like without the cloud of negativity and I'm reminded how much your brain affects everything
