It appears the Donroe Doctrine of might-makes-right "Trumps" State's rights and the US Constitution. We can thank the corrupt Robert's court for giving our fascist president immunity from accountability and the MAGA Congress for abandoning their powers to be a check on all his unlawfull acts.
