For the record, speeding tickets -- regardless of whether it's from an officer or a camera -- are not "gouging taxpayers." They're doing what all tickets do: incentivize people to follow the law. It will cost taxpayers A LOT more to hire the number of police needed to enforce the law. #onpoli
