For years I told myself meditation was not for me! Then I read ‘Ten Percent Happier’ by Dan Harris and laughed all the way through it. I saw myself in him on almost every page! Now his app Happier is part of my menu of inner work and I love it!

Phew! At least my tiny part of the world is not full of bigots, racists and fascists! Well done Oxford. As for the rest of the UK I despair! Seems we have a very high population of people, despite, watching what’s happening in America feel the far right is the way to go!
