I think there is a little bit of a misunderstanding right now about my being a "content creator". I'm not one lmao. I'm not trying to do numbers. This started as a way for me to set time aside to play games, hang out and make memories in a scheduled committed manner.
I had some steamed veg and grilled chicken for dinner, I think it could have used a little salt BUT it was good! I also got some coconut cooking spray and it's so nice to cook with. Was not able to pick up any dark chocolate today lmao

Had a talk with the brother, he pointed out I have a habit of not thinking about how things are perceived and it can make my friendliness seem offputting even with the best of intentions. Kind of an eye-opening conversation. I feel embarrassed but happy to take it on board :')

Quietly doing my skincare every night has really helped my brain get into a place of remembering to love myself. It's a simple four step routine, but it makes me happy. I do it about an hour before I go to bed and it's like, hmm, yeah, let's go to sleep and hope for a good day tomorrow.
