Played DnD tonight and we ended one round into combat where my rogue has been charmed by a hag and is trying VERY hard to kill the rest of the party. Absolutely outstanding chaos. #DnD

#NaNoWriMo day 10: Spent the last couple of days making progress on a tense conversation. It's less of a full scale rewrite than the last chapter I worked on, so I'm at least not starting again from scratch.

#NaNoWriMo day 7: Took a couple of days off (whoops) but got back to it today and finished rewriting the very difficult awful chapter. I don't know if it's 'better' but I certainly 'never want to see it again'.

My brother is currently house sitting for some friends who have geese. One goose, which shares the same name as his partner, has escaped and is gandering ever deeper into the nearby woods. I'm sure it's a very stressful situation for him but it's also undeniably silly.
